Acquisition of Roar Jørgensen AS by Multiconsult ASA

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Multiconsult ASA's acquisition of Roar Jørgensen AS.

Roar Jørgensen has 38 employees that works in the segments of architecture, fire engineering, construction engineering and project management. Similarly to Multiconsult, Roar Jørgensen delivers projects to both private businesses and public sector. The parties have indentified synergies in the customer portfolios through cross-selling services across segments.

Through this transaction, Multiconsult will further strengthen its position in eastern Norway and Hønefoss region with a new office.
