Integrated Wind Solutions ASA is an offshore wind service company that aims to integrate commissioning service operation vessels with engineering and manpower services in the wind farms’ construction and operations phases. The group is divided into IWS Fleet, which owns and operates high-end CSOV (Walk to Work) vessels, IWS Services, which provides electrical engineering, strategic advisory and related services, and the associated company PEAK Wind, which provides operation and asset management advisory services.
The IPO date was 3 February 2025.
