BDO acted as lead advisor to the owners in the sale of Bjerk-Lind Bygg AS and S.I. Entreprenør AS to EQT backed Recover Nordic.
Bjerklind Bygg and S.I. Entrepreneur has built up a solid position in the Norwegian contracting industry. Since their inception in 1987, they have had a number of interesting construction projects and built up broad professional and administrative expertise, particularly within project management. The companies have around 40 employees and in 2021 had a turnover of more than NOK 130 million.
The acquisitions are part of Recover's strategy to grow within major claims, as well as to build a distinct leader independent of the insurance sector. The companies will continue to be run as subsidiaries of Recover Norway under their own brand.
