Coor Service Management AB, the listed Sweden-based service management company engaged in managing, developing and streamlining service functions, has agreed to acquire West Facility Management As, the Norway-based industrial service operator.
West Facility Management mainly provides cleaning services. The company, which was founded in 1980, has grown significantly in recent years. West has an annual revenue of around 130 million and has more than 300 employees. It is a strong family business that Coor is now taking over.
Coor is one of the largest companies in the Nordic region for facility management, and has a clear growth strategy. The company wants to be the leading supplier and the customer's first choice. The agreement to buy West is one of several new and large deals so far in 2018, that ensures further growth.
