BDO acted as lead advisor to the owners in the sale of DVS entreprenør to Fasadgruppen.
DVS Entreprenør was founded in 1998, and offer facade-, window-, balcony-, and roof renovation services. The Company serves customers in the greater Oslo-region from its headquarter in the capital.
The customer portfolio consists of residential housing units (NW: ""Borettslag og sameier""), construction companies and public entities. DVS Entreprenør has carried out several mentionable renovation project, such as the renovation of Oslo Rådhus, Aker University Hospital and the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. The Company employs approximately 70 people.
The transaction will allow Fasadgruppen to enter the Norwegian market and strengthen its role within facade repair services in the Nordic region.
Within the group, there are now 19 companies, one in Denmark and one in Norway. All companies operate under their own brands and develop strong positions in their respective local markets, while also taking advantage of regional strength, cooperation, and sharing of expertise within the conglomerate
