Acquisition of Cross Application Consulting AS and Cross Application Resources AS by Pearl Group AS

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Pearl Group's acquisition of Cross Application Consulting AS and Cross Application Resources AS.

Pearl Group is the largest SAP-partner in the Nordics and provides SAP-technology for business solutions, marketing and e-commerce. They have a broad portfolio of customers in various sectors such as retail, wholesale, e-commerce, telecommunication and manufacturing.

The acquisitions will help Pearl Group achieve their target revenue of NOKbn 1.5 in 2026. Following the acquisition, Pearl Group will have 370 employees spread across, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Poland, Ukraine and Singapore.
